Built complete telephony infrastructure in 2 weeks: 25 numbers, smart routing, CRM integration, call recording, auto-attendant and notification system. Result: zero personal numbers from day one, full call history in CRM. First-touch contact rate increased by 13% thanks to auto-attendant capturing missed calls.
