Client Request“We need a sophisticated fleet management platform that provides a comprehensive view of our logistics operations. The system must allow us to track individual vehicle health, monitor real-time delivery progress, and visualize cargo distribution to maximize efficiency and reduce operational downtime.”

About ProjectLogistiq is an advanced logistics and supply chain dashboard designed for fleet managers and dispatchers. The platform centralizes telematics data, providing deep insights into vehicle performance, fuel/energy efficiency, and cargo intelligence for a large-scale transport fleet.

User Challenges Managing a global fleet involves juggling disparate data points—from engine health and tire pressure to precise cargo weight and route delays. Fleet managers often struggle to visualize cargo utilization (how much space is actually being used) and identify which specific vehicle in a convoy requires maintenance before a breakdown occurs.

Our StrategyWe implemented a schematic-driven design strategy, using a detailed visual breakdown of the truck and trailer as the primary navigation tool. By mapping data points (like load weight and mechanical status) directly onto a digital twin of the vehicle, we transformed abstract numbers into intuitive, actionable spatial information.

Our SolutionsCargo Intelligence Mapping: Developed a visual "X-ray" view of the trailer, categorized by item types (laptops, fridges, monitors, etc.), to monitor weight distribution and volume utilization in real-time.Predictive Health Overview: Built a systemic health monitor that tracks critical components—including the brake system, transmission, and tire pressure—using color-coded indicators to signal maintenance needs.Energy Performance Analytics: Integrated a dedicated module to track kWh/km efficiency and AC usage, allowing managers to benchmark vehicle performance against fleet averages.Real-Time Route Tracking: Incorporated a live mapping interface that displays distance remaining and estimated arrival times (ETA), synced with the delivery progress of specific items in transit.
