Full-Scene 360° Interactive 3D World
Designed and developed an interactive 360° 3D scene using Three.js, allowing users to freely orbit, zoom, and inspect objects within a fully realized 3D environment. Rather than a traditional scroll-based layout, the experience is built around real-time camera controls and object interaction, giving users direct spatial control over how they explore the content.
Key highlights:
Full-scene 360° environment with drag-to-orbit, scroll-to-zoom, and click-to-inspect interactions
Custom Three.js scene featuring floating geometric props (spheres, cones, torus, custom 3D icon) arranged around a central pedestal
Auto-rotation on idle for ambient motion, with smooth handoff to manual user control on interaction
Real-time performance readout (FPS, render tier, DPR) reflecting attention to optimization and technical polish
Minimal, dark UI chrome that keeps focus on the 3D content itself
Clear on-screen interaction hints (Drag orbit / Scroll zoom / Click props) for intuitive first-time use
Role: End-to-end design and development, 3D scene design, interaction design, and Three.js implementation.
Result: A polished, technically robust 3D showcase experience demonstrating real-time rendering and interactive 3D UX, well suited for product visualization, virtual showroom, or portfolio/gallery use cases.
