Second Order is a website concept for a leadership business focused on how a company operates. The design challenge was to explain an offer built around organizational decisions and working practices, rather than a simple list of lessons or a single downloadable product.

I structured the homepage around a diagnostic introduction, a clear operating framework, and program options. The framework separates three subjects: decision rights, operating rhythm, and leadership systems. This gives the sample business a concrete way to communicate its approach and helps each part of the page contribute to the same central story.

The site extends beyond the homepage with dedicated Programs, Insights, About, and Contact pages. It also includes Kajabi’s blog, store, member library, and account-related pages. Those connected destinations allow the template to accommodate both public-facing explanations and the broader website structure expected of a program-based business.

The page sequence is deliberately focused. The visitor moves from identifying an operating problem to understanding the framework and then considering the available programs. The project emphasizes content hierarchy and offer organization: making an abstract service easier to navigate through clear sections and purposeful page relationships.

The delivered result is a native Kajabi website template for a distinctive leadership concept. It demonstrates how I approach information architecture for expertise-led businesses. Second Order is a self-initiated sample brand; the case study describes the design delivered rather than client performance or commercial results.
