Instaffo, an AI-powered job matching platform connecting job seekers with employers, came to us with a critical challenge. Their existing Webflow site had grown organically over time, becoming difficult for their internal team to manage. Additionally, they were running landing pages on external tools, creating brand inconsistency across touchpoints.

Our Solution
We started with a brand refresh, updating and expanding their visual identity for the web - particularly enhancing their color palette while maintaining brand recognition. Our strategic wireframing phase focused on UX-optimized layouts for each page type, followed by UI designs that elevated Instaffo's perception in the competitive HR tech market.
The Webflow development phase included migrating all external landing pages into a unified system built with reusable components, enabling their team to create and modify campaign pages independently. This modular approach dramatically reduced their time-to-market for new initiatives.
