Automated Portfolio solutions

Project:

Automated Portfolio solutions are an analytical platform to foresee and predict trends on Natwest market's financial instruments ( Eg Custom Indices) in real-time to guide stock traders for better trading in the exchange

Roles & Responsibility :

1. Design and Development of software solution geared towards custom index evaluation using predefined algorithms

2. Administration and Maintenance of financial products from inception to retirement

3. Managing Integration with Bloomberg servers

4. Generation of Adhoc detailed reports on various financial products with real-time data from Bloomberg

5. Feature discussion from Natwest market's traders and stockbrokers

6. Management of releases and deployments

Task performed :

1. Created and fixed existing financial instrument calculation engine to work with any type of financial instrument within the bank

2. Created new CI/CD pipelines that facilitated the onboarding of new instruments easier

3. Designed and developed framework to develop blockchain based apps

4. Implemented ML algos to predict better volatility of financial instruments

5. Mentored Junior engineers

6. Implemented financial instruments specific charts and shared it through design systems
