One trades business, wired end to end: the eight parts of its GoHighLevel account

The problem. A UK trades business wanted every enquiry texted, chased and logged, without the owner doing it by hand.
What I built. I built the business's GoHighLevel side and wired it to its job app in both directions:
stage texts that follow the job's stages, sent only between 8am and 9pm, with quote reminders on day 2 and day 5;
an AI text assistant that asks only for the details still missing and is set never to give a price;
a website chat that takes the job details, with a safety net for visitors who leave early;
an AI receptionist for missed calls, set to pick up after the owner's phone has rung for 20 seconds;
replies, chats and calls filed onto the right job, with Take over and Hand back for the owner.

How I tested it. I ran the full chain from the job app twice on a real phone, the owner's replies once, eight receptionist calls to my phone and eight chats on a private test page. Faults from the early runs were fixed and retested.
One job's timeline: the first text, quote reminders on day 2 and day 5, and the review request

Where it stands. Built and tested, and waiting for the owner's switch-on. A real inbound call, the review request and the overnight hold still need the switch-on to prove. The routing map I wrote marks each of the 15 routes as tested, partly tested or not yet tested.

A GoHighLevel build for a UK trades business: stage texts, an AI text assistant, a website chat and an AI phone receptionist, synced both ways with its job app. Built and tested, ahead of go-live.
