HVAC By Vu is a full-service HVAC, plumbing, and remodeling company serving the Oklahoma City Metro region. Their website needed to reflect their professionalism, reliability, and technical expertise, while making it easy for potential customers to request service, browse offerings, and gain trust through social proof.
Goals & Challenges
Modernize the brand presence. The existing site was outdated and failed to convey the level of quality and care the client provides.
Improve usability & conversion. We needed intuitive navigation, clear “Request Service” calls to action, and seamless access to contact and quote forms.

Hero & primary CTA focus. The top section clearly states the service area and offers “Request Service Now” buttons so visitors are guided to convert immediately.

Trust elements embedded. We integrated badges (BBB A+, Daikin certification), customer testimonials, warranty and financing details, and review counts to build confidence.
Maintained brand consistency. Color palette, typography, and visual styling adhere to HVAC By Vu’s brand, while giving the site a polished, professional refresh.
Responsive design & performance tuning. Every section was optimized for mobile — layouts adjust, images are compressed, and interactions remain smooth.
