E-Procurement

E-Bidding or E-Procurement is online tender publishing and bidding system. It consists of 7 modules. Application process covers from generating GSR to Publish tenders, Vender Bidding to Bid Opening and Board Formulation, and then Board Evaluation to Generate Board Proceeding Reports

1. Administrator Module to handle parameterized values of fields.

2. Originator module that initiates general service request of services and goods.

3. Procurement module is act as hub it handles vendor registration, GSR verification and approval, Bid opening, BD formulation, and Board Assignment (Technical and Financial).

4. Technical module which is bound to verify GSR and send back with their observations. Role of

5. Media Module is to publish tender for received online bidding.

6. Vendor Module is applicable for vendor profile registration, bid submission (Upload mandatory documents, Technical & Financial bids).

7. Board Module is responsible to evaluate technical compliances and financial bids submission of firms.
