VoIP Service Transition - 8x8 to Vonage

We've smoothly migrated VoIP from 8x8 to Vonage Business Communications. Migration involved:
-Ported all numbers to Vonage
-Registering SMS service with 10DLC
-Configuring desk phones for 180+ users
-Implementing SSO with MS profiles.
> Setting up Vonage's contact center features:
-Profiles for 180+ users.
-IVR/Virtual Receptionist with 2 mainlines.
-15+ call/ring groups.
-Auto Call Recordings with cloud and periodic on-prem backups.
-Conference Bridges (10+)
-Creating various call reports/analysis with auto-sharing.
This transition promises enhanced communication and operational efficiency.
