Custom questionnaire builder in MyJAM
An brand-new, internal application used by a CPA to manage his clients and their tax information. I designed the user interface in Figma and assisted in the development of the application on Toddle, a low-code tool for writing web applications.

Jam CPA+, a CPA in Pennsylvania, was previously using some other proprietary software to manage their clients. It was not quite meeting their needs, so I was hired by the agency running the development side of the project to design the user interface and define the user experience.

Clients are able to simply upload all of their tax-related documents and share them with the CPA firm.

The brand-new application allows clients to easily swap between profiles for both personal tax returns as well as business filings.
