The Process:
Brief transparency into the process you follow with clients that get your clients results they want. First I made a post on a community about knee pain and had Felix read that. In that post I described all aspects of knee pain, and he took a lot at what might help him most. After he set himself a protocol for his knees, we moved onto his shoulder pain, specifically while doing pressing movements. I realized that his pain was caused not just by weak rotator cuffs(think your arm moving around), but also poor posture from sitting a lot. So through the DM’s, I sent him a custom video of 4 exercises to help get rid of this pain while pressing, and helping him fix his posture with 2 exercises. And finally, with the back pain. Felix noticed that he had back pain while doing hip thrusts, and I thought it was odd. So the way we broke it down to find out how to fix it was this: 1. Identify his current habits. 2. Make sure his form was good. When we identified the habits and his form I gave him an analogy to help activate his glutes to help solve this issue.
