Project Background
The Watt Property Management website was meticulously designed for a client based overseas in Bangkok’s luxury real estate market, demonstrating a strong capability to collaborate and deliver high-quality digital experiences remotely.
The site combines elegance with seamless navigation, allowing prospective clients to effortlessly browse available properties for sale or rent and explore land plots ready for purchase inquiries.
Building on the client’s original logo, the UI incorporates deep, sophisticated tones and a refined gradient effect, creating a distinctive and memorable user experience tailored to the luxury real estate audience.

Brand Identity
Challenges:
To accommodate bilingual support for both English and Thai, we designed the site with a thoughtful, dual-language experience in mind. Recognizing the unique limitations of Thai typography—where options for fonts and visual representations are more constrained—we made a strategic design choice to prioritize a singular, versatile font. By selecting a Thai-compatible typeface as the primary visual anchor, we achieved cohesive branding that honors the elegance and readability of the Thai language while maintaining consistency across both languages. This careful approach ensured the integrity of the brand identity, delivering a seamless and accessible experience for all users, regardless of language preference.
