Paws & Light is a booking and client-care platform designed for solo pet photography studios.

Running a studio alone means much more than taking photos — answering booking questions, checking availability, remembering pet details, preparing clients, handling reschedules, and following up all take time away from the work that matters.

I built Paws & Light to reduce that repetitive admin while keeping the experience personal.

Customers can share their pet’s species, age, temperament, and number of pets, and the system recommends an appropriate session length and available time. Pet profiles are remembered for future visits, impossible birth dates are prevented, preparation guidance adapts to the pet, and clients can manage or reschedule bookings themselves.

On the studio side, the owner can see the day at a glance, keep clients and pets organized, filter records by details such as birthdays or pet type, and prepare targeted messages without one-by-one DMs.

The goal is simple: set the rules once, reduce the busywork, and give the photographer more time with the pets and people in front of the lens.
