I transformed the Women Leading Technology, 5013c, Instagram, as they were unable to find their own identity. We are actively working on implementing this creative direction to enforce more of a brand identity. These formats have drawn more attention and a more consistent database of clients, which has secured on-air interviews and a soon-to-be national interview, due to this new sense of professionalism and structure. I have regularised the posting schedule and created templates of posts, which benefit keeping our content within the algorithm.
