This is part of a concept paper I did for my senior year midterms. The Vest Project is 

a disaster mitigation and response initiative that provides comprehensive disaster preparedness education and resources to disaster-prone areas in the Philippines.

Our goal is to develop a more efficient disaster response system in the Philippines during catastrophes, not only to ensure that every Filipino has access to essential disaster preparedness education and training but also to improve the country's disaster 

response capabilities and make the Philippines a more disaster-ready nation.
