QStory: Crafting a High-Converting Campaign for an SaaS Client

Overview QStory is a leading SaaS provider for the contact centre industry. Their powerful AI platform manages contact centre resources based on real-time customer demand and staff availability. This empowers agents to have proactive control over their work schedules while still delivering the best possible customer service experience. Website refresh and blog content I've collaborated with QStory's marketing team on a series of projects, including revising their website copy – which involved producing fresh, user-centric content for their Homepage, About, and Solutions pages. I also produce blog content for QStory, such as their Carbon Neutral company announcement and EcoVadis achievement.

Marketing In addition to their Agent Flex product launch, another notable project I've completed for QStory is a light-hearted campaign designed to demonstrate QStory's personality. This required coming up with a catchy campaign slogan that would capture people's attention, alerting them to QStory's offering in a way that felt relatable and engaging. The chosen slogan: "Because shift happens", encapsulated the essence of the campaign, serving as a playful yet effective introduction to QStory's product that fostered a connection with prospects on a more personal level.
