MozCon 2024 Intro Video Animation

I designed and animated the intro video for MozCon 2024, the flagship conference held annually by Moz, known for its industry-leading SEO software.

For this year’s event, I created a mixed-media 2D animation that pays homage to Stanley Kubrick’s iconic film, 2001: A Space Odyssey. I reimagined the film’s ape protagonists as a band of prehistoric SEO specialists. But instead of a mysterious monolith sparking their evolution, it was the discovery of Moz—symbolizing the future of search.

It was a fun project that allowed me to celebrate both the legacy of Kubrick’s film and Moz’s impact on the SEO world.
