Tip 1* Read the room. To effectively communicate you need to know how everyone feels. So you can adapt to those feelings when talking. For example if someone is talking about how he failed a test and everyone is giving him insults. The person is likely to be feeling down so to win that person over. You will need to lighten him up. Comfort him encourage him and offer help. This will make him remember that situation his entire life and how you helped him. So read the room and choose your words depending on your objectives.

Tip 2* talk less. When you talk less than necessary it makes you appear more unique. It shows that you are intelligent. Don't talk unless you have something useful to say. In addition to appearing charismatic talking less will lessen the chance of you spouting something stupid.

Tip 3* listen more don't hear.

When it comes to conversation most people hear and don't listen. What's the difference you ask? Well hearing is the process of getting the words without paying attention to them. It shows that you are uninterested and it won't allow you to understand the true meaning of the words. While listening is the process in which you understand the words and take them into consideration. Listening makes you seem like you are interested and makes the other person more comfortable ,So when someone talks to you don't go on your phone but listen closely, and try to give comments.

Tip 4* Use your hands

Using your hands will make the person more engaged and won't make them bored. Using your hands can also distract the audience from something you said that made you seem stupid. So use your hands and be more dynamic
