Marby: Real Estate Template, AI-Built and Human-Tuned

Marby is a light, editorial real estate template for Framer. Nine pages, two CMS collections, filterable listings, room-by-room galleries, a blog, and a full motion system. Free on the Framer Marketplace.
We designed the direction in Figma, built and finalized it in Framer using external AI agents, and ran the whole thing through AI-driven SEO and AEO audits before launch. Agents did the heavy lifting. The taste stayed human.

We already know real estate

Before Marby, we built for Ultimate Real Estate AG, a Swiss developer of high-end, sustainable property projects, in Framer. That work taught us what a property site has to do: earn trust in the first few seconds, keep listings fast and legible, and give buyers one obvious next step. Marby is that knowledge, productized.

Figma to Framer

We opened in Figma to decide the things that matter fastest: the type scale, the restraint, the choice to go light and photography-led instead of the dark, heavy look most real estate templates default to. Then we moved into Framer and finalized everything in the real medium, live, responsive, real fonts, real motion.
External AI agents generated and wired sections, built the CMS structure for Properties and Articles, and handled the production work that used to eat days. We drove every decision.

Motion, on purpose

The motion is deliberate, not decorative:
Scroll appear effects. Elements fade in and rise about 20px on a custom slow-out ease, staggered so a section resolves in sequence.
Inverting text that flips color as it crosses light and dark imagery, so headlines stay legible over any photo.
Lenis-based momentum smooth scroll for a weighted, buttery feel.
Sticky, pinned property sequences that reveal specs and galleries as you scroll.
Room-by-room lightbox galleries, with a custom exterior layout that runs the last shot large.
Filterable listings that reflow with animation, not a hard cut.
Accordions, overlays, modals, and a quiet ticker.

Built to be found, not just admired

We ran Marby through AI-driven SEO and AEO audits before launch. Unique titles and meta per page, one descriptive H1 per page, clean heading hierarchy, 100% image alt coverage, a sitemap. Plus JSON-LD structured data for the organization, blog articles, and individual property listings, so a listing reads as a listing to a machine, not just a page. AI scanned and drafted the fixes. We verified every one against the live site.

Agents did the heavy lifting. The taste is ours.

What shipped

Nine designed pages, two CMS collections, a full motion system, filterable listings with detail pages and galleries, a working blog and contact form, fully responsive, and SEO plus AEO ready out of the box. Live and free on the Framer Marketplace.
