Teletech is the UK's biggest Techno brand, now with global reach touching 4 continents and more than 15 countries. As long term partners we have been working with the team for nearly 7 years, and over recent years we have built out seamless infrastructure across all digital touch points.
With the team at Teletech – one of the largest Techno brands in the world – rather than rebranding white label solutions, we invested years into building a mutual understanding of what success looks like and this built a symbiotic partnership that became the core of a fruitful partnership for everyone.
The result of these relationships is a suite of market-specific solutions that consistently deliver: web, game development, mobile app, and e-commerce; all made possible because we know the culture and the owners, not just the brief.

Brand & Identity

Teletech’s identity is dark, glitchy, and unapologetically techno. We aligned every touchpoint with this aesthetic: Monotype fonts, pixelated iconography, motion design, glitching and flickering text, and WebGL-powered visual effects. The result is a consistent, immersive experience across web and mobile, where every interaction carries the brand’s energy.

Website

The website acts as the single source of truth for data management.
The Teletech team manages events, music, and label content once in Webflow, and these updates automatically appear both on the website and in the mobile app. Dynamic carousels showcase music and labels, while events are presented in an intuitive, visually engaging way. Animations and glitch effects reinforce the brand aesthetic while keeping the design consistent and structured. Shopify integration ensures merchandise is seamlessly available across platforms.

Systems Design

All systems are fully integrated, end-to-end.
Webflow, Cloudflare, Shopify, Mailchimp, Laylo, Firebase, and the app communicate in real time, so every user interaction, signup, or purchase updates across all platforms instantly.
Error handling is built into every layer; nothing breaks, even under extreme load. With over 100,000 MAU across platforms, the system has never reported a failure. Automation and careful orchestration mean that even complex flows, from content updates to high-traffic merchandise drops, happen seamlessly without manual intervention.
A key example: during monthly merchandise drops, thousands of users access Shopify within a second. Device IPs are captured and routed intelligently to prevent bot interference, ensuring reliability under pressure. Every piece of data, from user signups to purchases and CRM updates, flows automatically through the network of systems.

Mobile App

The mobile app, built with Expo for iOS and Android, mirrors the website in both look and content. Sign-ups create users in Firebase, trigger data syncing to Mailchimp and Laylo, and manage notifications according to user preference.
Events, set times, line-ups, and music are presented in dynamic, filterable views. Music can play in the background even when the app is closed, and buy links integrate seamlessly with Shopify. All interactions, from app sign-ups to purchases, are immediately reflected across the integrated ecosystem, demonstrating the power of end-to-end automation.

<INRAVERS/> Game

<INRAVERS/> is Teletech’s custom Space Invaders-style game, available on web and app. Gameplay runs client-side in JavaScript for smooth interaction, while all validation, leaderboard management, and security happen server-side.
The monthly leaderboard is automated: it resets each month and generates a discount code for the winner, fully integrated with Shopify. Security is multi-layered: scores are hashed in real time, CORS and Cloudflare Turnstile are used, and leaderboard code is obfuscated. We even ran a deliberate honeypot test to identify and plug every possible exploit, ensuring both fairness and robustness.
