Development of HRIS for Construction Company

Led a 3-person team over one year to build a full-stack Human Resource Information System for a construction company. The system handles payroll with Philippine tax deductions, leave/overtime/loan approval workflows, and encrypted PDF payslip generation. Built a Raspberry Pi fingerprint attendance kiosk with a PySimpleGUI touchscreen interface and Adafruit scanner. Delivered 98 JSP pages, 80+ database tables, and 4 access levels (Admin, HR Manager, Department Head, Employee). Recognized with the Best Capstone Award for excellence in project execution and impact.
