Evergreen Estates

Evergreen Estates is an exquisite neighborhood in Maple Ridge's Blue Mountain region, designed to harmonize with the area's lush scenery. This remarkable community, developed by Pinnacle International, prioritizes the conservation of Fraser Valley’s authentic rural allure. For Evergreen Estates, I designed their logo, helped select branding elements, created a full website with an interactive site map, and crafted various marketing materials including lot signage, large format signage, business cards, folders, letterheads, and social media ads. This project aimed to create a harmonious, inclusive, and captivating living experience that honors and celebrates the natural beauty of its surroundings.
