Facade Options | Apartment

The client had a specific challenge regarding the facade of their existing apartment, which faced harsh sunlight in the afternoon. My role was to find a solution that not only addressed this issue but also met their desire for a simple, modern color palette and aesthetic finish.

Through several iterations, I arrived at a range of options that strikingly balanced the client's needs and vision. Ultimately, the client was delighted with the proposed solutions, and I successfully submitted the project on time.
