Modular Networks: a credibility-first website for a network firm

The client

Modular Networks is a founder-led IT and network consulting business offering network evaluation, design, deployment, monitoring and support for growing businesses.

The challenge

Translation. Business owners may not know whether they need VLAN design, access controls or monitoring, but they do recognize slow applications, unreliable Wi-Fi, devices that won't talk to each other, security worries and no visibility. The site had to lead visitors from those symptoms to the right service without making them networking experts, and build trust for a founder-led technical business with a clear next step.

The approach

Start with recognizable business problems, then introduce services in the natural order of the work: evaluate, design, deploy, then monitor and support. Give technical depth through scenario cards and public GitHub repositories for visitors who want proof, while keeping a clean path for owners who just need help. Place the founder's story and certification after the services are clear, and make the main call to action a network evaluation.

Founder context, portrait and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate proof. Indexable metadata, Open Graph tags, manifest icons and canonical URLs. A focused final call to action to book a network evaluation.

Positioning clarified around reliability, secure access, continuity, scalable growth and confidence, with an evaluation-first path to contact.
