Artificial Intelligence: For Better or Worse?

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a digit assistant that is often used to aid people with their

problems. This technology is often used in digital media but it is now making its way into the

real world at a very fast rate. There are both benefits and risks that follow the use of this

technology. This tech is being put to use in many different jobs since it harbors abilities such as

predictive policing, analyzing evidence, and conducting wellness checks on first responders.

There have also been ways that AI is being integrated into the classroom for things such as

digital learning. However, there have been positive and negative results following this

technology. It has been found to make discriminatory decisions, fabricate false evidence,

plagiarize, and replace jobs on the market. In addition to this, there are many people who are

tech illiterate who are subject to the risks following AI due to their lack of knowledge. This puts

many children and elderly people of our world most subject to these attacks. So, it is very

important to ensure that there is proper knowledge of both the advantages and disadvantages

following its integration in the digital world as well as the real one.
