On this project, I focused on creating a seamless and intuitive user experience for both artists and clients in the marketplace. To achieve this, I began by mapping out the user journey and identifying pain points and areas of opportunity to improve the flow. I started with designing the registration and profile creation process for artists, allowing them to upload their portfolios, set their rates and availability, and add any relevant information about their skills and experience. This was important to ensure that clients can easily find and choose the right artist for their project. Next, I designed a form for clients to submit requests for specific artists. This form collects all the necessary details and requirements and allows clients to specify their budget and timeline. Once the client submits the form, the admin will send it to the selected artist who can either accept or decline the offer. I created a notification system to keep artists updated on new requests, and a messaging feature to allow them to communicate directly with clients, discuss project details, and negotiate rates and timelines.
