AI Posture Detector – Real-Time Ergonomics Feedback

I built a real-time posture monitoring tool that detects and classifies sitting posture as Good ✅ or Slouching ❌ using pose estimation.
It leverages MediaPipe to track 33 body landmarks, calculates neck and shoulder angles, and provides instant feedback with a clear visual overlay. The system also logs posture data over time, giving users insights into their sitting habits.
👉 Why it matters: Poor posture is a major cause of back pain for students, remote workers, and office employees. This tool can be integrated into wellness programs, HR platforms, or productivity tools to encourage healthier habits and reduce posture-related strain.
