Visual Guidelines Redesign for Regional Directorate 3

In 2023, we had the opportunity to assist one of the ministries in improving their visual guidelines. The institution in question is the Regional Directorate 3 under the Ministry of National Development Planning (PPN/BAPPENAS), which handles national development affairs in Eastern Indonesia. At that time, we created a logo and visual guidelines for their formal needs, which they continue to use to this day.

This year, 2025, in addition to the initial revamp, we later made further improvements to their visual guidelines to make them more casual and modern. This included updating the color palette, typography, and overall design elements to better reflect the institution's progressive approach and align with contemporary visual trends.

These enhancements have allowed the institution to maintain a cohesive and professional appearance while also embracing a more approachable and dynamic image. The updated guidelines have been well-received and continue to support their communication efforts effectively.
