Vividflow is an agency specialising in AI-assisted property acquisition, founded by a Swiss entrepreneur who wanted to modernise lead generation for agents. The aim of the project was to design a bespoke landing page that was ultra-punchy and designed to be convincing from the very first seconds. I worked alongside Jonathan, the founder, from art direction through to final integration on Framer, with daily, iterative monitoring, to deliver a fluid, impactful, conversion-oriented site. This project illustrates my ability to translate a business vision into a clear, structured and effective user experience.
Jonathan's initial brief was clear: to create a landing page capable of replacing traditional sales pitches, with a strong visual impact and an end-to-end integrated conversion logic from start to finish. As an agency offering an innovative lA solution, Vividflow needed to establish its credibility instantly, while at the same time while explaining a technical offer to a non-tech audience. The site also had to convey the notions of reliability, automation and efficiency - while while maintaining a clean, Swiss-style aesthetic.
Jonathan gave me several inspirations, but wanted a unique rendering, customized and immersive. We had to go beyond simply copying and pasting components. Among the constraints:
Translate a complex value proposition into ultra-clear messages
Integrate animation micro-effects while guaranteeing loading speed.
Ensure impeccable responsiveness on mobile, tablet and desktop.
Add dynamic integrations (WhatsApp sticky, Iclosed calendar, personalized videos...)
Deliver a manageable site in Framer, at no extra cost to the customer.
Throughout the project, Jonathan was very involved: several visios, regular exchanges on regular exchanges on WhatsApp, detailed feedback via Loom... The challenge was twofold: deliver quickly and guarantee premium rendering. Each section (Hero, FAQ, Timeline, Comparison...) had to meet a precise strategic objective, without superfluous. The UX had to guide the util
To meet these challenges, I designed a 100% custom interface using Framer, taking full advantage of its animation, interactivity, and live editing capabilities. The artistic direction was centered around a "techy but accessible" visual universe: an energetic orange dominant color, legible geometric fonts, and a rigorous information hierarchy. Each section was designed to serve a specific purpose:
Dynamic hero with automatically rotating text to capture attention and highlight key promises (creditworthy buyers, foreign investors, etc.)
Table comparison to create an immediate connection with the visitor
Detailed timeline with each step of the AI launch (from the kickoff call to the ad launch), reassuring the prospect about the method
Interactive FAQ section, with concise, reassuring, objection-oriented copywriting
On the technical side, I integrated:
A sticky WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message (mobile + desktop)
A Calendly-like module via Iclosed, direct embed
Transition effects between sections and pages, soft on-screen animations, fluid scrolling, and hover states
An advanced responsive design system, optimized for all screen sizes, with dynamically adapting mobile navigation
The project was carried out in rapid iterations thanks to feedback from Loom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp. The entire project was delivered on time. Beyond the website, a relationship of trust was established, leading to complementary projects (pitch deck, LinkedIn banner, client recommendations). Vividflow now has a coherent, effective, and distinctive online storefront—aligned with its founder's ambition.
