As a busy non-profit, the team preferred that we lead the process from start to finish. First, we held workshops with the organization’s leadership to align on the desired direction. Then, we designed a new visual identity and produced a comprehensive style guide to ensure consistency. During the next phase, we proposed an effective strategy for organizing the organization’s web content. We built two searchable directories – one that allowed users to find doulas in their area, and another to list upcoming events – and executed several no-code automations allowing the team to manage sign-ups and waiting lists independently.
