UN1T is a premium boutique fitness franchise operating across Europe, the Middle East and Australia with ambitions to scale to 100+ locations globally. They came to me with a broken WordPress site, no scalable infrastructure for their growing franchise network and a clear vision for a bold, minimal, premium brand presence that could serve three audiences at once, prospective members, franchise buyers and brand investors.

The core problem wasn’t just a visual refresh. UN1T needed a system where every studio in the world had its own dedicated page, each franchisee could manage their own content independently, and head office maintained full brand control and approval over everything that went live. No off-the-shelf solution handles this cleanly, it required custom architecture built across multiple platforms working together.

I rebuilt the entire site in Webflow using a fully customised design system, Figma-first with client approval before a single line of code was written. The studio management system was built using Airtable as the content database, Fillout for the franchisee-facing dashboard, Zapier for automation and Cloudinary for permanent image hosting. Every franchisee gets a unique dashboard link to update only their own studio page. All changes are held in a moderation queue for head office approval before anything goes live on the website.

A scalable, conversion-focused website that works for a 10-location franchise today and will handle 100+ locations without any structural changes. Each studio has its own SEO-optimised page with local business schema markup, editable meta fields and a clean URL structure built for local search ranking. The whole system runs on a lean tool stack costing under $200/month and requires zero developer involvement for day-to-day content management.
