AgentKlar — our studio’s AI development workflow

AgentKlar is our own KaltStart product for coordinating people and AI coding agents across software projects.

The problem AI-assisted work can become scattered across chat windows, repositories and task lists. Teams need a clear view of ownership, progress and the evidence behind a completed task.

What we built AgentKlar brings multiple projects into one local control center. Each repository keeps its own workflow and history. Tasks move through claiming, work, review and approval, with evidence and project knowledge attached. Final approval stays with a person.

Our role KaltStart planned and built the product internally. This is a studio product, not a commissioned client project. The featured image is a screenshot of the product website.
