The world in which John Trivial is filled is divided into three sectors of beings that have attempted to play nice long before he was born.

Humans, which were regarded as the lowest beings in Lunestra, but one class that John happily resided in. Despite their biological shortcomings, humans made up a majority of the population of Lunestra. They also boasted being around the longest before the other two races began populating Lunestra.

Those two other races being Demons and Vampires, of course. Sure, the premise for Lunestra came off as a harlequin romance novel, but John had come to a accept that reality is far stranger than fiction.
