n this project, I undertook a multifaceted role that encompassed both frontend and backend development, leveraging my skills to transform Figma design concepts into a fully functional web application while also setting up a Node server to facilitate its operation. Frontend Development - Translating Figma Design: I began by meticulously studying the Figma design provided as the blueprint for the web application. This involved a comprehensive analysis of the user interface, layout, and interactions specified in the design. My task was to translate this static design into a dynamic and responsive web application. I employed modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to achieve this transformation. Implementing responsive design principles, I ensured that the web app would provide an optimal user experience on various devices and screen sizes. Attention to detail was paramount to ensure that every element, from buttons to forms and visual components, aligned with the design's aesthetics and functionality. Backend Development - Node Server Setup: Simultaneously, I set up a Node.js server to support the web application's functionality. This server acted as the backbone, handling requests and managing various job-related processes. It allowed users to execute different types of jobs, including Fetcher, Grouper, and Combined jobs, as specified in the project's context. This required careful design and implementation to ensure smooth execution. The Fetcher job involved fetching top search results from selected search engines based on provided keywords. The Grouper job combined the fetched results using specified parameters. The Combined job seamlessly executed both Fetcher and Grouper actions in sequence, delivering comprehensive results. User Management and Interaction: I implemented user management features, differentiating between simple users who could run jobs and administrators who had broader access and control over the platform. Users could initiate and manage job runs, providing keywords and parameters as needed. Job statuses, results, and logs were tracked and made accessible to users for transparency and control. Overall, my role in this project encompassed the translation of Figma design concepts into a responsive web application and the establishment of a robust Node server to support the platform's core functionalities. This project demonstrated my proficiency in both frontend and backend development, as well as my ability to bring a comprehensive web solution to life.
