In the middle of the gray weather of Amsterdam, this family was looking to bring color and joy into their home and lives. Inspired by a beloved artwork that they love, I developed a project with bold color combinations and interesting accents to create personality.

This project is a delicate mix of the Scandinavian style - with straight lines, modern shapes, and black accents with a Mid-century Modern style - with iconic design, approachable layout, and texture.

Each room was designed based on the activities and lifestyle of the clients - providing the perfect scenarios to build memories in their new home.

In a quick and practical visualization with Moodboards I was able to show my clients how the overall harmony of the design would look like - since we have many colors and shapes, having this images was essential to make sure that all the space would be cohesive and bold enough to them. Together with that, I delivered a Layout Floor plan - where they could see exactly how to place every furniture and decor + a detailed Shopping list , with clickable links of every single item - making the purchase phase way easier and also a centered document to keep the budget under control.

A good design is the one that is done! From concept to execution is important to keep in mind timelines, ideal suppliers, contractors, and logistics.
