Savage Systems – Automation Platform for Coworking Ops

Built and deployed custom automations and backend tooling for a coworking platform—integrating APIs, streamlining ops, and reducing onboarding time.

Overview

Project: Savage Systems Client: Internal (Co-Founder @ Savage Coworking) Duration: Ongoing (2024–2025) Links:https://my.savage-coworking.com https://api.savage-coworking.com

Summary

As a co-founder of a growing coworking space, I developed Savage Systems—an automation backend and ops layer to streamline daily operations.
I built internal APIs, scripted automated flows, and integrated OfficeRnD, Twilio, Firebase, and more—turning fragmented tools into a cohesive system.
🔹 Onboarding time for new members dropped by 90% 🔹 Member access, billing, and communication fully automated 🔹 Internal dashboards for team reduced manual tasks and confusion
While tech was the foundation, this project was as much business process design as code. It required understanding workflows, legal compliance, customer experience, and founder-level tradeoffs.

Skills Demonstrated

Systems Thinking: Scoped, designed, and implemented the ops layer from scratch
API Integrations: OfficeRnD, Twilio, Firebase, Google Cloud, and custom endpoints
Automation Strategy: Built scripts and flows to replace manual Slack/Zapier setups
UX & Ops Design: Created admin tools that actually fit how the team works
Fast Iteration: Built, tested, deployed in production environment with real users

Tech Stack

Languages: Node.js, TypeScript, Firebase Functions Infra: Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, Github (CI/CD) Tools: Twilio, OfficeRnD, Slack APIs, Postmark, REST APIs
