SignOS — AI DM Agent for Lead Qualification

Built SignOS, an AI-powered conversational agent for real estate teams that answers every inbound DM instantly, qualifies leads on budget, area, need and timeline, and books showings automatically via calendar integration.

I designed the end-to-end conversational architecture: intent handling, BANT qualification logic, human escalation paths, and CRM/pipeline integration, running as a 24/7 always-on agent.

Building agents like this is also why my security work is grounded in practice. I secure LLM systems because I ship them and know exactly where they break.
