Phase 2: Website Design and Build I designed and developed the website with a clean, professional visual direction using the brand's blue and red colour palette, bold typography, structured content sections, professional imagery, trust badges, and strong conversion elements.

The hero section was designed to immediately answer three important questions for the visitor: What does the company do? Where does it operate? And how can I get help?

The layout also gives visitors multiple ways to take action through the online booking button, phone CTA, and service search.

Phase 3: Trust, Content Structure and User Experience I structured the experience so visitors move naturally from the main service proposition into credibility and social proof.

The page introduces the service first, followed by accredited installer logos and customer reviews. This creates a natural progression from understanding the service → building trust → taking action.

I also used spacing, typography, imagery, and content hierarchy to make the information easy to scan without making the page feel overwhelming.

Phase 4: Refinement and Optimization I refined the visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, CTA placement, imagery, section alignment, and responsive presentation to create a polished website experience.
