Bella is realtime augmented reality and cosmetic information app. User could apply their product by taking a picture and simply try out their cosmetic brand.
Design methodology: ethnography research, contextual inquiry, user interviews and affinity mapping.
Over 3 days, conducted ethnographic research, contextual inquiries and interviews with Bella Cosmetic Customer, Brand Manager, Customer Representative, sales, and day to day users in Thailand and the United States.
The research was aimed at understanding beauty behaviours as well as attitudes of various target groups towards beauty product.
