PACE — Customs Trade & Enforcement Portal (Pakistan)

The challenge: customs clearance involves many parties and paper-heavy steps, which slows legitimate trade and makes it harder to spot risky cargo and smuggling.

My approach: I worked on PACE, a web portal for Pakistan Customs. It gives traders single-window access to customs services, and supports enforcement teams with anti-smuggling operations, a port community system, risk profiling and cargo monitoring.

The result: one portal that brings traders, port stakeholders and enforcement officers together, so trade can move through borders more smoothly while risky consignments are flagged for attention. Live site: https://pace.gov.pk
