The Overview
Arcilla is an ultra-boutique collection of nine luxury residences located in the timeless New Farm neighborhood. I designed a sophisticated waitlist experience for Joe Adsett Developments to showcase the project’s "sculptural expression of luxury" and capture high-intent inquiries prior to launch.
The Challenge
The objective was to translate Arcilla’s distinct architectural form- inspired by the Spanish word for "clay" - into a digital experience that feels like a piece of art. The design needed to honor the project's heritage surroundings while establishing it as a contemporary landmark.
Key Solutions
Architectural Storytelling: Used expansive renderings to highlight the building's fluid, sculptural form and its integration with lush, sub-tropical landscaping.
Neighborhood Integration: Curated a "Where Life Becomes Art" gallery, pairing project visuals with iconic New Farm landmarks to emphasize the rare combination of urban energy and tranquil escape.
Lifestyle Immersion: Featured high-end interior and terrace visualizations to illustrate the project's "Limited Edition Work of Art" positioning, focusing on luxury, livability, and curated details.
Developer Pedigree: Strategically highlighted the national award-winning status of Joe Adsett Developments to leverage their reputation for crafting enduring, distinctive homes.
The Outcome
A premium, atmospheric waitlist page that serves as a digital masterpiece for a landmark development. By blending architectural education with lifestyle storytelling, the site successfully builds anticipation and secures a qualified audience for this limited-edition residential release.
A high-end waitlist experience for a boutique nine-residence project, featuring architectural storytelling, neighborhood galleries, and refined lead capture.
