Key Features:
Request Car from Parking: Customers can conveniently request their parked vehicle through the system's user-friendly interface. Whether they are at the restaurant, hotel, or any other venue, they can request their car from valet parking with just a few taps.
Driver Assignment for Valet Parking: Once a customer requests a car to be parked, the system automatically assigns an available valet driver to the task. The driver receives all necessary details, including the vehicle's location and the client's information, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
SMS Notification to Customer: After the car is ready for pickup or has been successfully parked, the system triggers an automatic SMS notification to the customer, informing them that their vehicle is prepared for collection. This real-time communication enhances the overall customer experience.
Repark Feature: In case the customer is delayed or unable to pick up the car as planned, the system offers a Repark feature. This allows the car to be reparked into the valet's secure area and the client notified accordingly, eliminating any parking or logistic concerns.
Additional Services: The Valet Parking System also integrates optional services like car wash, interior detailing, and other maintenance packages. Customers can select these services when requesting their car to be parked or while their car is parked, adding a layer of convenience to their valet experience.
Admin Features
Interactive Dashboard: The admin dashboard provides a comprehensive, real-time overview of valet operations. Key metrics such as active parking slots, driver availability, car status, and service requests are displayed, enabling quick decision-making and efficient management.
Custom Reports: Admins can generate custom reports tailored to specific needs, such as parking frequency, average retrieval time, customer service feedback, and driver performance. These reports help identify trends and areas for improvement, ultimately enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
Driver and Parking Slot Management: The system enables admins to manage the assignment of drivers to specific parking slots and track the real-time status of each parking area. This feature ensures optimal use of resources, minimizing wait times for customers.
Service Management: Admins can also monitor additional services, such as car wash, and track which customers have availed them. This helps in managing service requests, optimizing staff allocation, and improving the overall customer experience.
