Client Overview Fruitful Womb Doula Services was founded in 2018 by Elisabeth van der Wilt at just 18 years old. Despite early challenges—including industry gatekeeping, blackmail, and losing a client to another doula—her passion for birthwork never wavered. Her first official sale was just $80, and from there, she built her business based on the needs of her first birth and postpartum client. Today, her mission is to support women in every stage of life, from fertility to birth, postpartum, and menopause, offering loving and non-biased support. She envisions herself as a lifelong friend or extended family member to her clients, guiding them through their journeys with body positivity and self-love.
The Challenge Before working with us, Fruitful Womb Doula Services faced several key obstacles:
A lack of a defined brand message and inconsistent audience targeting.
Minimal engagement on social media and little promotional content.
No clear content strategy, leading to low visibility and client inquiries.
Imposter syndrome and feeling that her brand wasn’t aesthetically appealing enough.
Difficulty structuring her services beyond traditional doula offerings, such as holistic coaching and yoni steaming products.
Elisabeth wanted to create a thriving online community and generate leads through social media while remaining authentic to her holistic, free-spirited brand vision.

Messaging & Positioning Enhancement – Crafted compelling messaging that emphasized her core values of love, body positivity, and holistic wellness.
Implementation & Guidance – Provided execution support, including scriptwriting, CTA development, and engagement strategies to help her build an online community.
The Results
Since implementing a strategic content and business plan, within 3 months, our client has experienced significant growth in audience engagement and client interest. Key milestones include:
