Some of the most fun and rewarding work I’ve ever had is producing work for someone else. I developed the concepts for these speculative fiction anthologies, fielded submissions from hundreds of authors, and worked with those selected to fine-tune their stories to created a cohesive, finished product for readers to enjoy. Additionally, I have served as managing editor for a magazine, bringing an already-existing publication back to life as a paying quarterly with a budget and subscribers, while my partner handled the bulk of the creative work.
I've also run an organization of 50-100 people through direct leadership and via subordinate managers, fielded a variety of technical upgrades to military signal equipment over multiple decades, planned missions and exercises across Western Europe and worked as a military instructor and operations manager.
