Defined codebase standards for use of SwiftUI in Bird codebase.

Implemented dev tools and build scripts to increase development speed for all team members (modularized code allowing use of SwiftUI previews).

Adopted The Composable Architecture (a redux-esque library and currently the best way to build iOS apps!). Clean, modular, testable code :)

Operator roles system uses flexible configurations to make different feature sets available to different users (e.g. Charger vs Fleet manage vs. in-house operations and more).

Designed system, implemented on iOS and collaborated with backend and Android devs for their implementations.

Guided adoption across multiple teams.

This system allowed the business to rapidly change business models multiple times (such as the switch from gig workers to in-house, and from in-house to local partners)
