From Kickoff till GoLive , handled the project with one functional resources and two technical resources . The modules like CRM, Purchase (P2P), Sales (O2C), Finance (R2R) and HRMS . The total duration of the project was 4 months . We started with Business Process Questionnaire, followed by BRD, Designing , UAT, Training , Master upload and Go Live . We used Waterfall methodology .
