RECIPE OF CHICKEN CORN SOUP:

Ingredients

2 chopped chicken breast
2 tbsp. of oil
1 bay leaf
1 tsp of chopped garlic
1 tin of corn
1 tsp of salt and black pepper
½ tsp of white pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
4 cups of chicken stock
1 tbsp. of vinegar
1 tbsp. of soya sauce
4-5 heaped tbsp. of corn flour mixed with water
2 egg whites beaten
3-4 green chilies

Directions:

Start by boiling the chicken in a pot until it is done, then shred it.
In a separate pot, add chicken stock with spices and sauces, and allow it to boil.
Add corn kernels and shredded chicken to the pot, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
In a small bowl, create a mixture of corn flour and water to make a slurry, and slowly add it to the soup.
Add beaten egg to the soup and cook for one minute; chicken corn soup is ready.
Garnish it with green chilies.
