Opternative Online Eye Exam

As Design Director at Opternative, I worked closely with our product and development team to build the first online eye exam. The exam was taken 10 feet away from the patient's desktop or laptop, using their phone as a remote control. My role including the following tasks: - Created brand identity for mobile and desktop product and marketing materials - Conducted usability testing and collaborated with team members to create user flows based on user feedback - Created wires and high fidelity design for landing pages, mobile exam screens, patient portals, and doctor portals - Hired and collaborated with contractors to create videos, photography, and additional illustrations consistent with existing brand elements - Participated in company-wide initiatives to create cohesive processes for all teams to improve communication and efficiency
