Modern Real Estate Platform – Longhouse

Longhouse Offices is a premium office development in the Netherlands designed to attract high-end tenants. The goal was to translate a visually rich Figma design into a polished, high-performance Framer website that feels minimalist, architectural, and refined while remaining highly interactive and responsive.

The project was delivered as a white-label collaboration with a creative agency for a large real-estate client. Due to the premium positioning of Longhouse, the website needed to feel understated yet confident, prioritizing imagery, spatial rhythm, and subtle motion over heavy copy.

The main objective was to build a visually driven website that communicates quality, location, and lifestyle rather than just office space. The site needed to clearly present the building, its amenities, and its surroundings while guiding potential tenants toward contact and lead conversion.

I was responsible for the full Framer development based on provided Figma designs. This included building all pages, implementing animations and interactions, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy, creating responsive layouts for all devices, and integrating lead capture forms with GDPR-compliant structure.

The website consists of five core pages:

Home – Brand introduction, visual storytelling, and first impression

Neighborhood – Location context with interactive map elements

Amenities – Lifestyle-focused presentation of building features

Offices – Clear overview of available office spaces

Contact – Lead capture and inquiry flow

Each page was designed to feel cohesive while serving a distinct purpose in the user journey.

The Figma designs relied heavily on spacing, typography hierarchy, and imagery. Special care was taken to translate these elements accurately into Framer, preserving layout proportions, visual balance, and intended pacing across screen sizes without compromising performance.

Subtle animations were used to enhance the experience without distracting from the content. These included entrance animations, hover states, scroll-based transitions, and interactive elements that reinforce the premium feel of the brand while maintaining smooth performance.

Responsive behavior was carefully crafted rather than automated. Dedicated mobile layouts were built to ensure the experience feels intentional on smaller screens, with adjusted spacing, typography, and interaction patterns while maintaining the same visual identity as desktop.

The contact flow was built with GDPR compliance in mind, including explicit consent handling and clean form logic. Submissions are structured for secure handling and future scalability, ensuring compliance with EU regulations.

One of the main challenges was balancing heavy visual content with performance and responsiveness. This was solved through careful asset optimization, structured layout systems, and selective use of animation to keep the experience smooth and fast.

The final result is a refined, modern website that aligns with the expectations of high-end office tenants. The site communicates quality, location, and lifestyle through design rather than words, while remaining technically robust, responsive, and ready for future growth.

This project demonstrates how Framer can be used to deliver premium, visually driven real-estate websites when design precision, motion restraint, and responsive intent are treated as first-class priorities.
